With over 20 years of experience in various sectors and roles, I am a seasoned investor and advisor who specializes in deep-tech startups in Poland and CEE. I co-founded Radix Ventures, an early stage venture capital fund, as a General Partner in 2023, where I help identify, evaluate, and support promising teams developing breakthrough technologies in energy, industry, and smart solutions.

As a former corporate executive, NGO leader, entrepreneur, and management consultant, I have a diverse and valuable perspective on innovation, strategy, change management, and technology transfer. I enjoy working closely with founders and co-investors to optimize their route to market and address their growth challenges. My mission is to foster a vibrant and impactful deep-tech ecosystem in the region and beyond.
